A non-story really, we already knew this was coming. As previously discussed here, it is fair for them to be taking some cash off the table. All those 100hr weeks, sleepless nights, days on the road, stress etc.... Good on them! They deserve it.
In the scheme of things is a very small proportion and as noted in the recent release, they intend to remain LT holders.
