Oh my god... Not sure what it means by a binding LOI as LOI's usually don't mean much
Anyway...
- 20 year contract
- 800 initial units with an expected further 10 facilities over 5 years (1600 units per year if they're all 80,000sq ft), provided they're all the same size at 80,000sq ft
- Taking up 9% of Gibio Inc. with the option to buy up to 49%
These guys do so much work behind the scenes despite the lack of communication to shareholders.
