Will be interesting to see how Kirkland reacts, if at all. This dilutes their holdings in DEG and I doubt DGO's timing is by accident.
I wonder if Andy has had a number of tire kicker come visit him lately regarding a strategic investment. Our Ann on the Original Kirkland investment made no mention of anti dilution rights for KLA, so it's great to see Andy spreading his eggs around. Who knows, but it makes fence sitters take serious notice of proceedings.
