The new secured creditor who has insolvency experience can’t be an administrator as well if that’s what they are implying
I’d expect there to be a clarification of this announcement, like , exactly who has been appointed administrator
If it’s the same guy who is also now effectively the secured creditor - ASIC should step in ASAP
