My guess would be 3 weeks for Frac, clean-up, pump install and pump on.
Then look for good water rates after 2-4 weeks.
They will be taking it slowly as they don't want to damage the reservoir. But the indication of how well the reservoir will produce will be how well that water flows in the first month and whether there is much decline.
After that I would think they will bring the BHP down very slowly so as to not draw too hard on the reservoir. They will want to keep the BHP as close to the reservoir pressure for as long as possible. Then over time more and more coal will eventually fall to the desorption pressure and release its gas.
The key will be to look for those good water rates in the first month, and how well they can be sustained over a longer period of time. That will tell us that the coals are productive and that the permeability can be sustained.
The last quarterly (page 7) shows you their pumping method.
