Beware of debt and negative cashflow and a company that is wasting money without proving resources.
GLN was also trading well just before it announced it had appointed an administrator.
Its shares plunged overnight on that announcement.
What's more GLN had over a mill oz of gold and the plant ready to produce. So it had at least proven a resource.
I'd be staying well clear of FAS .. and would not want to be holding any FAS for fear of a similar announcement.
