Everything you say is speculation.
Even if the paper trail exists there may be a plausible explanation that the court will accept.
Any gaps or grey areas in the trail will lead to a dismissal.
As for the matter being dealt with simply and quickly...well if its cleared up within 2 months i will go and stand naked in front of AH's office with a giant placard promoting their greatness!
