Best news! This announcement clearly states the board's sentiment that the final offer did not include the same premium which was included in their initial offer. HAD the same premium % be included in their final offer, things could have been different.
They've also stated restoration of dividends and that they're a YEAR in front of their net debt target of $2 billion!!
