Ocker...
I made specific comment on the nature of posts on the CVI thread, as a backdrop to the specific trading activity in CVI...in light of the rally yesterday.
I did not set out to flame others, derail the threads or indeed generate anything other than considered thought about some of the low content drivel posted when traders typically enter stocks like CVI on the back of a major rally as we saw yesterday.
I am not sure how this could not be more stock specific?
I notice you have moderated several posts today, clearly based on low content, and the threads are awash with short-term focused comment of one sort or another.
As I said at the end of my post...I care not what people post, but asked they consider if it was beneficiall to their main goals?
If people take it apon themselves to directly comment on such generalisations...adopting an aggressive stance because they feel offended...then surely there is a message there clearly being missed?
Whilst I understand and fully support your efforts to clean up the CVI thread, I must rais the question...at which point does political correctness overpower logic and reason?
I did not comment on trading styles by the way, just the manner in which those who adopt said "styles" telegraph this to the players who will typically prey on them?
It was meant to be a beneficial post.
Have we reached a stage where constructive observations are to be moderated out of existence for fear of upsetting the mob?
Ocker, I thought I made a well reasoned cerebral observation of what was specifically effecting trading in CVI, both today and I suspect, in the next few days...sorry if I was mistaken.
Cheers!
