I hope any equity raise occurs after the mezzanine finance is locked in. I would rather start building the plant a few months late than give up more of the company.

What do the punters think the SP will be once mezzanine finance is locked in? With a maximum of 30m equity raise, the dilution looks to be pretty manageable. We are not looking to raise a lot and the price is pretty good so I hope management will be choosy about what kind of institutional investment comes in. We want a long term holder not someone who will sell for a quick profit. Maybe forbid new investment from selling until the plant is operational.
