Will be sorry to let this one go - I thought they had potential with strong balance sheet, good ROIC and investing for growth. But looks like it won't be a hard-fought war, with directors handing it to CPU on a platter.
Oh well, good price and premium for the current market and plenty of alternative bargains on my watchlist.
