Why not work on base case for valuation, as per PLS corp presentations for stage 2, expected average EBITA is AUD$382 mill.
Most Li miners are being valued at 10 to 15 x EBITA, lets use 12.5 x.
12.5 x $382 mill = $4.775 bill / 1.75 bill shares on issue = sp of AUD $2.73
Add POSCO JV, AUD $152 mill EBITA / 1.75 bill shares on issue = sp AUD $0.09.
Thus base case sp of $2.82.
Anyone here willing to hang arround for 2.5 to 3 years to derive another 212% gain on today's sp.
