- metrics prove that this needs substantial changes to the product to produce any revenue and notone can produce any independent verification of who Riva is or their genuine financial capability and reach
- scalability remains totally unproven and will require bespoking to each geography by way of judges etc
- India, China rollout etc its years away if ever. India has taken 6 months so far and zero genuine progress
- no massive investors in the US and UAE have actually backed the company - its all PR talk so far with no specifics
- IP patents valuation no where to be seen and will be very minimal given the revenue created. Any auditor would look at the patents for the business as it stands and the revenue created and force Directors to write it almost to zero
