First of all all of you that are claiming $24 areon drugs or the technical analysis you are using is crap. At the moment the stock has is sitting on $36.50 about the medium term support since September. If it goes to say $35, ten it will go to $31 and should bounce off that back into blue skys.
If you look at the fundlemental sides what everybody is missing here is the medium to long term investment. between 6 to 12 months not including the synegies they will get by buying Rio, they will still have bucket loads of money t buy back the shares which will value the company $60 to $80. They have clearly indicated their intention to buy back and that is what all you short term day trader don't get and will never get, because you are gambellers and not Investors!!
