So whats the company worth at these level 30-35 million with 13 million in the bank ? .Legend gets 25 per cent free carry on any discovery at Mount Gibson & Oxiana to spend 10 mill , so it's a fairly serious play by Oxiana .How many companies have got enough money to explore for 4 years without snipping the shareholders in that time .Also the company is obviously not going out of business through lack of funds .Has deals with , East Coast ECM, Fox Resources FXR, Apex Minerals AXM & Oxiana .Sinificant landholdings in the Pilbara with Fox's plant in the area who it has a joint venture with .Fox proving up resources consistantly in the Pilbara & establishing relationships with Chinese metal refiners & getting them to fund their mines & buy their ore.Excellent proven managment & exploration staff (ex Newmont/Normandy ).And Legand could have been bought for 3.1cents today!
