"By the way, until I see an announcement from Harbour stating that they no longer have an interest in 15% of the Company, I don't think we have seen the last of them."
That is my thinking also and it could prove to be important because until we see an ann' from Harbour stating they no longer are working in concert with the Chinese duo that hold a 15% [15.11%] interest then Harbour can only buy up to 5% of STO on market BUT if Harbour do make that "Ceasing to be a sub. holder'' announcement then they can accumulate up to 20% interest on their own.
