strange trading in pbb this week

    Pacifica (PBB) had very odd trading this week. Someone pushed the price up 35c by buying very small parcels and never actually placing a buy order in the depth.

    What this means, I have no idea. It doesn't seem to be worthwhile pursuing as a 3% creep takeover strategy. That would only accomplish a higher price level for a mop-up bid.

    So who is doing it ?

    Lazard recently disclosed an increased holding in PBB. But that was before the funny trading this week.

    Anyone still hold this stock ?
