These guys have been running the same unenforceable fines model for years. I copped one of their fines once but cottoned on when I spotted their "parking infringement" didn't look right. I ignored it and they sent demand letters and I ignored it until they went away. But I bet if you clocked up a few fines, enough to make it worth getting a lawyer involved they'd go you like a cold beer on a hot day! http://www.carepark.com.au/care-park-group-services/about-us/
