AVB BoD did you forget you signed the "no shop, no talk, no due diligence" agreement?
To look after shareholders' interests you should be shopping and talking and providing all information to assist other prospective buyers to complete their due diligence before they could make an offer. But no, you signed the agreement to try and help lock in this pathetic offer. Why?
