Further to my previous post it is evident now that ECT's Coldry plant will be located at Latrobe Valley. See below email response from Con.
"ECT intends to use Bacchus Marsh for future development, however, the plants for the production of Coldry for the Victorian power stations will be located at the La Trobe Valley."
