@lordearl We shall wait and see i guess. The fact the German Bank is now releasing funds for 5 desal projects in North Africa is a very good sign. Its highly likely our MOU will get over the line now.
According to the minister, the German Bank has allocated €300 million ($351.8 million) to finance water projects in Tunisia.
