On the 21st, the day his sales were made we had
The highest volume for a month (6.3 mil)
The highest low for well Over a year
The highest high for well over a year
And The highest closing price for well over a year.
So either he sure struck it lucky OR this was a prearranged on market transfer of stock to ONE buyer.
This does happen, I know for a fact.
This also means someone wants lots of stock without pushing the price EVEN higher by buying on market without a large seller to help keep a lid on things.
Definitely an indication to hold because the share price is heading north.
