There was a 550k buy before the market opened, then it was pulled and the sell at 10 was loaded up. I don't know if it is manipulation but whatever is happening is not helping boost the share price. With the weakness in financial markets buyers are waiting on the sidelines and I guess some people will wait until APG pushes through the 11 range. As this is likely to be a buy signal.
