Big sigh, there is a very large gaping chasm of gap between sitting at the table, and leaving it with fast track or any other positive outcome - we don't have that news yet.
Plus, the FDA is not the only game in town when looking at Global approvals and trials, there are already human trials and treatments being successfully completed in the eastern European area.
