Ksingh, this is another different case where Hoffman is the respondent arbitrator. The terms of reference for case 462 were set in Oct17.
The 3rd arbitrator in our case was only appointed in April. Our case will not appear in the list till the TOR are set so probably in the June update of the list we will see the list of arbitrators. Hoffman will be for the claimant (FAR) in our case.
