I have been a holder of VML for awhile now and these results are very very encouraging , a couple of reasons I believe that may be affecting the SP is 1. The number of shares on issue at below 1c/ share which could be addressed by a 1-10 share consolidation which would encourage investors not day traders and 2 the sovereignty and civil unrest risk which is a common problem in African nations .
