    Hi and welcome to HC.

    I'm sorry to be harsh, but it's almost certain that you have lost all of the money you invested in BIG. There may be the chance to recover some money if a shareholder class action gets up down the track but that's likely to take years and I wouldn't expect more than a few cents in the dollar.
