Hi @Relax1, thanks for sharing your find. It's certainly something to hope for.

But I suspect (happy to be proved wrong) we may never know the actual country even if they have reached financial close. If FLC reveals the country, all their competitors will converge on the location, offer free feasibility studies (and such incentives), offer discounts on the scope of work offered by FLC, and try to pry the strategic relationships FLC has built up over the years with the water authority, away from FLC.

One conclusion we can hopefully hope for though, is the middle market for complex solutions in the US$100m space is heating up. And FLC is in the right place at the right time.

Hopefully, the big boys who usually do the $500m projects with their design templates set for that big market segment, will find it not worth their while to enter that mid market space. In the process, give FLC some more lead time to win more $100m size projects as the big boys re-tool.
