I wont speculate but, but can only relay, what i was told this morning.

4. Court Action- Aim sees the north south as being very agressive, past histroy tells them that they have had this appraoch with other companies Apparently if you google, see north south past histroy.

It was also said. Why should a share holder, large or small have access to this information, that is not shared will all other shareholders. Why are they above the rest. Apparently, but i have not googled...they have taken this approach on a number of other occasions. It was said initiall they were very agressive, but lately the conversations have been more "friendly".

Peroka results- assay- delays were being blamed on South Africa labs. Site managment were keeping a closer eye/push on getting results. I asked about sending samples to australia, but was told it was to hard to remove samples from the current lab. The lab (not sure company name, need to research this more to confirm) has branch in europe-swiss, as this might be another option.

Mumbwa samples, you have got to say that they would be mad to send them to a lab that was so backlogged. The local new managment/site manager should have a better control on getting these results to us quicker than peroka assay.

Must admit it was much harder to talk to Chris since Mark has moved to his new position. He did say has been snowed under taking up his new position. Still very approachable.

Any share holder wanting updates on any stock/company they hold should make regular contact. They are working for us, and we all need to voice our concerns.
