funbet, yep, I did say that and I still believe it (with my investor hat on) but I have also been trading a bit in a basic way.. selling off some at highs, buying back at lows.. been buying at the lows today.. you?

its the old value vs price equation.. you can be a good value investor and be out of the money, but part of the value investing game is to ignore market price cos you're confident the market will in time discover the value you already know about.. and of course you've got to be prepared to hold long term.. the buffet story I guess..

I like trading a lot more, and probably post more here with my trading hat on than my investor hat, and I use a few accounts, each with different philosophies, and some days I'm working one more than the other.. some days all of em.. so I understand if you're confused.. so am I sometimes :-)
