It would be near impossible to get away with a sneaky tko through buying on the market imo. Volumes are so low at the moment, it only take a few hundred k to move the sp up or down a fair wack. As for an offer to holders...well that would be interesting to see, but I would imagine quite a few of the larger holders (myself included) would be more interested in holding out for long run as gf has mentioned. I cannot imagine who is out there who would contemplate such a tko move either - it's a project that has unique challenges and is highly dependant upon the knowledge, skills and contacts of management and board imo - lose that at the project could well fail.
Current mkt cap is a bit of a joke though...market fails to grasp the strategic importance and implications of supply constraints of REE imo. Arafura are in a near unique position in regards to these dynamics and their timing with respect to bringing production to market looks near perfect to me.
