FS, Mentioning ETrade - here is my story from yesterday. None of my stocks were showing in my portfolio yesterday. I needed to sell some, but could not place sell orders as the response would: "Insufficient stock held" - even though I had those shares. Called ETrade and was on the phone for over an hour. Response from the other end (by a guy named Robbie) - With internet platforms these types of problems will occur from time to time. If you want perfect service go to a full time broker". This really got me pissed and I gave him a piece of my mind.
The problem was fixed today. Hopeless.
