As per the presentation pack (see yesterday's announcement at https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/33268823/single ) there will be a CR.

The CR is likely to engage many of the existing eligible Top 30. Also potentially investors via various brokers. I would expect that the opportunity will be offered to existing shareholders as well as this is DHR's style I believe.

The CR is imminent. Just a matter of time given that cash is estimated to be less than 500k.

I have a BUY order in. Just waiting for it to land.

Very impressive story IMHO and I am adding DHR to my list of quality small caps.

There is also the item of the pending court case v the Victorian Government. The results are pending. Timing unknown. It may even go to the Appeals Court once the initial decision is made. Let's see.
