I agree glitters but I will continue to take Celebrex when needed because of the relief it brings me. As I said I only take max 200mg a day on and off as needed, not regularly as I agree with you that is is harmful to the gut.
I actually discussed this with my doctor who is reluctant to prescribe Celebrex but he agreed that used as I use it the unwelcome side effects are minimal and probably negligible.

I also try to keep regular and eat plenty of the good bacteria found in live culture natural yogurt along with plenty of fresh vegies and fruits.
