He has options, none of which are in the money ( and likely most will never be in the money, now)
So certainly no reason to keep the chairman given the incompetence demonstrated in overseeing this disaster for shareholders. Give me a co-founder with a solid 10-30% holding any day of the week. That will focus his management of cash and strategy. Board signs off on budgets and strategies. No point just blaming CEO. They only got rid of half the problem.
