Yep things have progressed slower than what most (atleast I) had expected....due largely to the complexity of the deals/contracts/partnerships in China.....I believe all resolved now.......unfortunately many investors make 'no news to be bad news'.....add in the general meltdown of the market, margin calls etc etc - and you have a sp in the 6s instead of closer to 10c...
I promise you this much - if Feb aint the month of joy, then I will cease my posts on ICP...
