I called them, they said they were very busty and still had a large pile of forms to process. The told me there should not be a problem and to wait a few days.
Its a bit curious. Computershare banked my cheque on 29 January. You would think an efficient paper-shuffling process would involve processing the details on the form into the computer at the same time that they detach and process the cheque.
