Staff costs were $91,696 and annualised year to date are a low $150k. Directors are not paid in cash but in shares - see AGM resolutions. Cash is paid mainly to consultants as and when they are utilised - it is extremely cost effective.

Directors are heavily invested in EMP via their own cash and the issuance of shares in lieu of fees is also good or the company cash flow.

All shareholders are equal - FACT.

If the road map of work that is in place and well documented comes to fruition then I am sure that all will be very happy.

Spot on Turville, extremely well researched! There's plenty of positives happening with this company, as you wrote previously. Looking forward to what the future brings. But I see 1 cent + within a year.
