Exactly as I read it as well - the decision was basically to wait until after the June hearing on winding up the trust and wait until the full hearing on this matter in July. Seems entirely sensible, as the judgment points out, the court was not satisfied as to the urgency.
I really can't help but think that the only winners here are the bloody lawyers.
