- To hasten things up as it does not align with someone's investment horizon
- To form alliances which will push shareprice in short term - long term is the goal the company is pursuing
- Get rattled that there are sceptics out there (or is that competitors who are shaking in their boots) who will try to create doubts into prospective investors

The company and the intrinsic value is being increased in a systematic fashion by adhering to the agreed path!!
