Good question NANDINA
Locating it in Tanzania would certainly remove one more possible
objection by the Tanzanian Government, and one would think would
get the project started more quickly.
But of course there is always “sovereign risk” which is always a problem
Sovereign risk would be less of a problem in the UK .
It’s all relative.
But it would be an even greater sovereign risk than in Tanzania if PEK proposed
processing here in Victoria... with Daniel Andrews as premier.
