This thread just made me go look at the boneless rolled pork shoulder that I got from woolies the other day, to slow cook. Has 100% Australian pork plastered all over it!!! And Australian grown
It's in a cryo bag so can't be 100% pork!!! Clearly a liquid in there too.
Before offending the butchers here, I have to make it clear I get my beef products - mince, sausages, steak from the local butcher! Sooooo much better!!!
At $6/kg this 2.3kg pork is multiple meals so couldn't pass it up!!
