Take a look at the last slide in the CEO's presentation at the AGM in November that details the 21 week process. In week one the process is started by an :"Organisational kick-off meeting" .. which as you say could have been last week. The first of a series of SEC filings happens in week 8. The first draft of the prospectus interestingly is developed in that same first 8 week period no doubt for SEC consideration .. and subsequent review .. being completed by week 17. Worth a look at this presentation again I reckon.
