    Trading Halt Request
    Dark Horse Limited [ASXHR] (the Company)
    The Directors of Dark Horse Resources Limited (ASX: DHR) hereby request that the securities of the Company be placed into an immediate trading halt, pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a material capital raising.
    The trading halt is requested until an announcement is made to the market by the Company or the commencement of trading on Wednesday 30 May 2018, whichever occurs first.
    The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
