I know it's been discussed before, but it's still not clear to me how long they are permitted to hold back information regarding the pilot plant results.
If they think all works and are so confident that they spend ~$3M OZ on that basis, wouldn't we be obliged to announce some of those results to the market?
(Just wanting to learn from those more knowledgeable than me in such matters. Not party pooping [although I do like to catch my chickens when they are hatched.]).
