Is the information price sensitive? I mean, is it something that will change the company from its current path?

I would suggest that it is not a requirement to announce that they can produce BG LCE, because that is the normal expected path for the company.

They would be required to tell us if they *can't*, as that would be unexpected.

However, I think because people are expecting to hear the great announcement they would likely then announce when they are ready, not because they have to, but because they are being harassed (assumed harassment from some holders) for the information on progress. AGY have said on record that it is coming so I suspect they would follow-up with such an announcement to help close off any uncertainties.

So,
do I expect an announcement? not really, but probably
is an announcement required? I don't think so? (IMO)
will the market react to the positive announcement in a positive way? I assume so
will the company announce in expectation to help lift the market value of the company? probably
