Perhaps STH, but I think valuing a large oilfield might be a bit more complex than that. But even if it's isn't, whatever COP put on that piece of paper was not sufficient or we wouldn't be here now. Please stop pretending you know what was on it and exactly what the dispute is about. All any of us know is that FAR asked for more information and COP refused to give it. Hence the dispute.
