    this island sun news may well be correct (at least makes sense if the PNG news source is correct). That particular chief sided with SMM as far as I am aware. If the news http://www.pngindustrynews.net/mining/news/1338977/axiom-gets-nod-for-isabel is true then he is probably just upset or is pushing for greater incentive to support AVQ proceeding. I'm not familiar enough with the case to know how much influence this particular chief has.
