    What are you talking about?

Nobody is talking about protecting tTricom or individuals(?!?!).

We are talking about current MFS management working with Korda Mentha to develop a strategic review and a "way forward" for the residual business. This WILL involve "solving" the problem of the stock overhang caused by the impenidng margin call on shares owned by King.

This has nothing to do with protecting people or Tricom or friends of Tricom.

It is a simple reality of an issue that confronts the company. If they are unable to "solve" this dilemma, then the stock will be flooded with further selling pressures upon re-listing on top of everyone else bailing.

As for the claim that King "would have sold his stock on the crash day"...that is wrong. He did not. As a substantial shareholder with greater than 5% of the company, he would need to have lodged a "Decrease in substantial shareholder" Notice with the ASX by now...and it hasn't. Ditto Adams.

Their stock is yet to hit the market.
