Very easy to understand whats going on here.
Following will happen:
1.) cancelation of discussions from JSW
2.) a few days later a take over offer from JSW for both projects
Happened so many times in darkest corrupt places on the world.
Poland is an absolutely no go area for investments now, for me.
And i think many will follow.
I reduced my fat big holdings over the last weeks to invest in other interesting stocks and i had luckily success with it.
So bad. With a fair deal with JSW i would have been semi retired.
But the polish ministers don't want, foreign companies and their shareholders earn money on their places.
